Our

Fees

All fees should be fair and reasonable and reflect the value they provide to the individual company.

 

When we first meet with you we don’t send a ‘Health Advisor’ or an Occupational Health Nurse. You will meet our Company Director a Consultant Physician in Occupational Medicine and Member of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine.

 

We do this to ensure that your experience with us is conducted at the very highest level from your first encounter. It also means we can address unique problems and offer bespoke solutions from the onset. We can tell you what’s possible and practicable and address the most searching and difficult issues you want to explore.

 

Initial Consultation

 

Initially our Director will spend either one whole day or half a day with your company.

 

During that time he’ll want to talk with your management and appropriate stakeholders to get into the ‘soul’ of your business. He’ll look at your working practices and conduct a provisional assessment of your company focusing on the areas that most concern you but highlighting ones he believes are relevant. Finally, we’ll provide you with a provisional report with recommendations.

 

The charge for that work is highly discounted because we feel that after meeting us you’ll appreciate how we can add real value to your business and that you would benefit from our services.

 

However, should you choose to use our services we will not charge you for this consultation.

 

Ongoing Fees

 

Fees obviously vary depending on individual requirements. However, we will always agree a fee with you before undertaking any work.

 

It is our aim to remain flexible in order that you get the best value for money.

 

Where practicable we will always attempt to ‘tailor’ our services within one visit. For example, we might spend half a day with you which comprises of a 2 hour clinic, 1 hour assessment of a particular worksite health issue such as noise and 1 hour advising management on it’s Sickness Absence policy or on pertinent employment legislation such as the Disability Discrimination Act.

 

We are always willing to negotiate terms based on individual requirements and are particularly sympathetic to SMEs.
